Fantastic Italian restaurant found with help of reviews. We were visiting from out of town and had a few options for dining out. Glad we chose this place, as we were treated with excellent service, great tasting food, and generous portions. The restaurant interior design is bright and inviting and the staff was on the ball. Enjoyed the starters and my chicken parm entree was a winner. I know if I lived in this area that I would be a frequent customer.

Sadly I missed taking photos of our apps. They were too good to put down. We had the Parm Fries with Black Garlic sauce....Loved'em! The Calamari Frita is was good, fennel was a bit soggy didn't quite have the "deep fried" feel but still good, I love me some fennel. The Whipped ricotta with rustic bread was the star of the pre food party! Do not pass it up! While I wasn't drooling over the flavors of the main dishes it was still a great scratch to a long needed itch. Would I recommend, sure; would I die if I didn't eat here again, mmmNnooo.... Would I want or think to come back.... Definitely. The ambiance and friendliness of the staff was amazing.

Our go-to pizza spot is Melo's in downtown Danville, so we were excited to check out one of their other restaurants. As soon as you walk in, you can tell how cute and fun this place is. The vibrant colors and cool bar seating area really stand out, plus the booths and chairs are super comfy. Honestly reminded us of our trip to Italy haha That said, we quickly realized this isn't quite like the downtown Danville Melo's--it feels more similar to Piatti's or Locanda in terms of pricing and portion sizes. The pizzas are all one size, and the menu leans toward fancier pasta dishes and sandwiches. We really enjoyed our pizza and appetizers, but it didn't quite hit the same as the downtown location. Maybe it was the "fancier" style of pizza, but nothing beats the classic four-cheese from Danville. It's also pricier than we expected, so it's probably better suited for a date night rather than a casual lunch. We'll give it another try on a Friday or Saturday night!

3/4 times my pasta was on point. I love gnocchi but the time that I had it, the gnocchi was super overcooked but the fettuccine and the spicy rigatoni is amazing!!! I would definitely try the gnocchi again sometime soon but everything else was delicious

We celebrated a friend's birthday dinner here on a Saturday. The restaurant was packed and almost every table was filled. The restaurant is very open and lively. Service was great, we loved our server. For starters we ordered: - calabrian chili wings (the wings itself was a bit small and thin) - steamed clams & mussels (delicious and the broth was so good to dip the bread in) - calamari (also good) To share we ordered: - vodka square pizza (deepdish style. Good flavor) - hot hawaiian (toppings really go well together and I especially like the pickled cherry peppers) - pappardelle bolognese (really good and the pasta has a chewy texture) - ravioli butternut squash (really really good)

First time going for my wife's birthday and I promise we will be back again. Great food and our server, Derrick S. had really great customer service. He told us he was the only server at the time for everyone, but you would not have known with the great service he provided. The inside of the restaurant was nice and a friendly environment, especially with the outside view with the sunset.

After a day of Christmas shopping at Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek we stopped in the late afternoon at Melo's Italian Table. Not sure if Melo's is related to the other Melo's Pizza restaurants in the area but this has a full Pizza, Pasta Italian menu. We ordered several dishes Seafood Pasta (Pescatora) 5 stars best item full of seafood Green Goddess Salad 4 stars nicely dressed asked for the cheese on the side. Sicilian Cauliflower only miss. Roasted Cauliflower soaked in Balsamic vinegar. So sour it was inedible. Combo pizza 5 stars nice crust lots of toppings real mozzarella cheese. Service was good. Street parking of parking structure in the rear.

Quality/Quantity - We preselected our dishes while waiting and coincidentally the waitress recommended the exact same dishes. Fettuccia Con Pollo - Cooked perfectly. Decent quantity. Al dente noodles, but the sauce could have used a little more salt and pepper. The noodles were really long and fun to eat. Overall good proportions. Spicy Vodka Rigatoni - Had a good "kick." Much more flavors, our favorite of the two pastas. Spumoni - Good flavors, but "soft." Maybe this sat out a little too long before serving...? Sandwiches and pizzas are also available. Atmosphere - Small local restaurant. Crazy busy for a Saturday. Open table waitlist and got seated approximately 40 minutes after signing up. Worked out well as we needed to move our car due to free parking for only 3 hours. Open 7 days a week from 11am to 9pm or 10pm. See Yelp or their website. Service - 6 stars. Loved the fact that you did split plates for us when we mentioned that we were doing family style. No extra charge. She checked with us often even with the restaurant being so busy. Price - $60 + generous tip; expensive, but that is the cost for quality and service. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 9/18/23.
